Colour and textiles have been a fascination as growing up in an artistic environment. Art has been a part of life from childhood which has driven me to obtain an Art and Design degree.
My inspiration comes from my travels and from nature. Organic life forms evoke a personal response where I am inspired to use colour and texture in any final piece.
It is important to me to enhance these craft techniques and use my work to interact with our environment this also includes ethical issues of how yarn and where is produced and source it in a sustainable way.
